Melinda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Cal State Los Angeles and went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law in Costa Mesa, California. Mel has nearly a decade of experience in Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Land/Tenant Law. She is admitted to practice law in California's State and Federal Courts and is a member of the Criminal Courts Bar Association of Los Angeles and the Westside Bar Association. Melinda is a single mother of two teenage boys and a dog mom to Diesel and Gucci. She is an active volunteer in the Greater Los Angeles Area, having volunteered at various non-profits in South Central LA, and serves as a Commissioner for the City of Los Alamitos.
